Application fees and deposits for each term of the full program of study are required in order to receive a Letter of Acceptance. Application fees and deposits are non-refundable. Deposits are inclusive of tuition fees, not in addition to. All fees are in Canadian dollars.

Admissions are accepted up to 30 days before the start of the program. Outstanding payments are due 15 days before the beginning of each term. Term 1 fees are due 15 days before Term 1, Term 2 fees are due 15 days before Term 2.

Program fees for programs longer than three months include GuardMe emergency medical insurance, UPass public transportation pass, and the use of library and fitness facilities at the University of Calgary.

Eight-Month International Professional Program

Students in this program pay program fees that include international student fees and course fees for the Professional Management or HR certificates.

Tuition fees are $7,350 per term. Students are required to pay $1,550 (application plus deposits for two terms) in order to receive a letter of acceptance. Outstanding term fees ($6,675) are due 15 days before the beginning of each term.

Students in the 1+1 program have reduced tuition fees and course loads in their second year. The Digital Media and Marketing program stream does not have a 1+1 option. Students in this program may take an additional IPP stream at full tuition rates, if they wish, but will be required to pay full tuition for both programs. Students are required to pay $4,250 (one-time application fee plus deposits for six terms) in order to receive a letter of acceptance for the two year period. Outstanding term fees are due 15 days before the beginning of each term.

Calgary International Summer Program

Students are required to pay $700 (application fee plus deposit) in order to receive a letter of acceptance.

Outstanding program fees are due 15 days before the beginning of each term.
