Leadership presence is a combination of traits that create an image of confidence and trustworthiness. Cultivate your leadership presence by identifying key behaviours and habits of strong leaders. Align your personal values with your organization’s values. Uncover the strategies that enhance your ability to connect with others authentically. It takes commitment and effort to expand your leadership skills but doing so will help you thrive and grow.

Course Details

Upon completing this course, successful students will be able to:

  • Identify personal values that drive and guide leadership practice
  • Explore individual styles, preferences, and the impact on the leadership approach
  • Diagnose the challenges and goals associated with expanding leadership presence
  • Examine how personal and organizational values shape a leader’s approach
